Chad was a high school friend of our son, Davy. He stopped by our house on Appleton Road about 1 year ago and talked for about an hour. We hadn't seen him in a long time and were glad to see him.
To the Collinsworth family, I offere my deepest condolences. To Eli and Faith- your dad is in your heart! To his fiancee' Mischelle- your presence in Chad's life gave him happiness. And to the friends and family...Chad was a good friend to me and to my late husband John Lee. Many prayers to you and my heart goes out to each of you. So sorry for you loss!

So sorry to hear about your loss. I knew Chad for a brief time when he first moved to Brewton and he and I was in band together. Great guy! I haven't seen him in years. My prayers are with all of the family and friends!

my deepest sympathy to the family. I am a father and step-father and grandfather and I can't imagine what the family is going thru. things happen in our life that are not explaneable, but we must carry on for the family. I wish everyone the best in the future.
